Matched perfectly with our Rosato and Fresco wines, these delicious pasta dishes are designed to be enjoyed with a glass of wine in hand and a table full of family and friends.
Using fresh Autumn produce, each of the created dishes are designed to be made easily at home, using fresh seasonal ingredients, matched with delicious Italian style wines that are food friendly and perfect for entertaining.

“Pumpkin and Sage Pappardelle”
Matching wine: 2022 Rosato (65% Nebbiolo, 35% Pinot Nero)
Profile – An Italian style Rosé. A dry, mouth-watering wine with notes of raspberry, anise and floral aromas.

“Beetroot and Goat’s Curd Linguine”
Matching Wine: 2021 Fresco (37.5% Nebbiolo, 35.5% Pinot Nero, 16% Barbera, 11% Dolcetto)
Profile – The perfect alfresco wine! A bright blend of cherry, strawberry and clove aromas with a fresh, mouth-filling flavour.
