Longview Vineyard has two entrances, one for our accommodation and Day Spa guests and the other for our Cellar Door and events guests.

Q. What is the difference between the Longview, Vineyard and Homestead Suites?
Our Longview Suites have a King Bed, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. Their balcony overlooks our Homestead accommodation.
Our Vineyard Suites have a King Bed, kitchenette, ensuite bathroom and their own personal carpark at the front of the suite. Their balcony overlooks our vineyard.
Our Homestead Units have a Queen Bed, small kitchenette, ensuite bathroom and no views at all. They are located at the back of our Homestead and are connected to the Shiraz and Pinot Apartments.

Q. Do you offer lunch?
We offer platters and pasta from Wednesday and our full A La Carte menu (lunch only) in the Cellar Door Thursday to Sunday. Please book a table in advance to avoid disappointment.
Q. Do you offer Dinner?
We do not have a restaurant open for dinner. However, we have welcome platters which can be pre-purchased and placed in your room prior to arrival. You can also purchase a ‘pasta pack’ at check-in for $35.00 (serves 2) to cook in your room. We provide home-made pasta, sauce, and parmesan cheese.

Q. What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 3pm – 5pm. If you need to check-in outside of these hours, please let our office know on (08) 8388 9694 prior to your date of stay.
Q. What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 10am.
Q. What is a Pre-Authorisation?
A Pre-Authorisation is a temporary hold of an amount on a credit or debit card that is provided upon booking. A Pre-Authorisation is not a charge, meaning that no funds will be debited from your account.
Q. When will I receive my Pre-Authorisation be released?
If no incidentals need to be charged from your Pre-Authorisation, then the hold will be released by the bank within 10 business days from check-out. If you have not received the funds after 10 days, please call our office on (08) 8388 9694.
Q. Do you allow additional guests/children in the rooms?
Children under 3 years old are welcome to stay, a port-a-cot can be provided at an extra charge. Please let us know prior to check-in.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made outside of 48 hours will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival shall incur the full cost of the booking.
Q. Is onsite parking available?
Yes, we provide two car parks. One for visiting guests (e.g. Cellar Door and Functions) and a car park near our accommodation, for accommodation guests. If you have booked one of our Vineyard Suites, Spa Suite or our Lodge, you will have your own car park, directly out the front of your accommodation.
Q. How do I get to Longview Vineyard?
The best route to Longview from Adelaide is laid out below. If you are using your phone or a GPS, please enter the address Bowey Road, Macclesfield.
Depart the freeway at the Mount Barker exit and turn right at the lights.
Stay on the main road crossing three sets of lights and go straight through the roundabout.
At the second roundabout, take the third exit onto Flaxley Road (by High School).
Follow the road for approx. 9km and turn left on to Stamps road.
When you reach the end of Stamps road, take a right and then immediate left.
Continue through the Macclesfield township, take the first road on the right into Devereux Street.
Follow the road for approx. 1.5kms and at the top of the hill turn right into Bowey Road.
This dirt road leads to Longview’s accommodation.
Q. Is WiFi available?
Yes, complimentary WiFi is available to all accommodation guests. However, please note that due to our location, the WiFi can sometimes lag or cut out.
Q. Are the rooms serviced daily?
No, we provide enough towels and breakfast provisions for the length of your stay. However, if your stay exceeds three nights, our Housekeeping Team will provide fresh linen and additional amenities part way through your stay.
Q. Is there a laundry on-site?
Yes, a communal laundry can be found at the back of our Homestead. This is available for use by all accommodation guests, at no charge.
Q. Are pets allowed?
No, we do not allow pets.
