Experience the true essence of Italian dining at La Dolce Vita, a luxurious long lunch that celebrates the artistry, passion, and joy of Italian cuisine. Presented by Lexus, this unforgettable event brings together some of the finest Italian culinary talents to create a dining experience like no other, set against the breathtaking backdrop of tropical Port Douglas.
Hosted by the charismatic Guy Grossi, the event will feature an extraordinary lineup of chefs, including Andrea Ravezzani, Adam D'Sylva, and Daniele Filippi, who will craft a multi-course feast that blends Italian tradition with modern flair. Adding to the magic, Giuseppe Minoia of Vannella Cheese will perform live cheese-making, showcasing the delicate craft of creating fresh, artisanal cheese. These freshly made cheeses will feature as one of the courses, offering guests the rare opportunity to savour their vibrant flavours and textures at their absolute peak.
This lunch experience comes complete with a 3-hour beverage package of Estrella Damm Lager and Longview Wines from the Adelaide Hills.
Passionate about their heritage, the Saturno family has infused Longview with an Italian accent. Tipping their hat to the family’s matriarch, Tarquinia “Queenie” Saturno, they produce meticulous examples of traditional Northern Italian wines and focus their food around all regions of their spiritual homeland and are passionate about sharing their history with their customers. La Dolce Vita is more than a long lunch – it’s a celebration of connection, culture, and the joy of sharing experiences through story telling. From the artistry on the plate to the stories behind each dish, every moment promises to be as rich and memorable as the flavours themselves.
