 FAQs

  • Please arrive at the spa 15 minutes before your appointment. This will allow time for your consultation and spa refreshment. Please note your late arrival may compromise the full length of your treatment as we endeavour to remain on schedule as a courtesy to each and every guest.

  • No cancellations or changes are allowed within 2 days of the appointment. Cancellations within 2 days or missing your appointment will result in a fee equal to 100% of the booking fee.

    Please be aware that Longview Spa has a 48-hour cancellation policy. To avoid any charges, we kindly ask that any changes made to your booking are outside this period. If changes or cancellations are made within the 48 hour period, full payment of your booked treatment will be charged to your credit card or taken from your gift card, unless authorised by the Day Spa Manager. We understand in times of emergency or serious illness, so please contact us on 8388 9694 to discuss.

  • When staying at Longview Vineyard, all guests receive one $25 gift voucher each to use for a 1 hour+ treatment during their stay. Gift cards may be combined, up to $50 off, when booking a signature treatment. This credit may not to be used in conjunction with any other offers.

  • Our Day Spa is closed on Public Holidays, however group bookings & packages by appointment can be arranged if requested.

  • Absolutely. We have one double treatment room available, perfect for couples, best friends, siblings, or any other duo.
