Spa Therapists | Casual, Part-time, Full-time

  • Longview Vineyard is seeking experienced and driven Day Spa Therapists to join our thriving business in Macclesfield, South Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and the smooth running of spa services.

    • Ensure all spa services and treatments are delivered to the highest standards

    • Work with staff to manage inventory

    • Foster a positive and welcoming spa environment for both clients and staff

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and regulatory requirements

    • Proven experience in a similar role within the hair and beauty industry

    • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a exceptional client experience

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team

    • Proficient in the use of spa booking software and other relevant technologies

    • Qualifications in Beauty Therapy or a related field would be highly regarded

Housekeeping and Cleaning (Casual)

  • We’re currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team. This role plays a key part in maintaining the charm and high standards of our accommodation suites, event spaces, and cellar door. If you take pride in keeping spaces spotless and inviting, we’d love to hear from you.

    • Cleaning and servicing our on-site guest suites to a high standard

    • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of our function spaces before and after events

    • Regular cleaning of our cellar door area, including public areas, tasting rooms, and restrooms

    • Replenishing supplies and reporting any maintenance issues

    • Supporting the team in keeping the entire property looking pristine

    • Ensuring all health, safety, and hygiene procedures are followed

    • Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)

    • A strong eye for detail and a proactive approach

    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team

    • Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude

    • Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role

    • Available to work weekends and public holidays as needed

Casual Chefs

  • Longview Vineyard is seeking passionate and reliable Casual Chefs to join our kitchen team at our award-winning wedding venue and cellar door. 

    We operate a cellar door restaurant from 11am – 4pm, 7 days a week, and host weddings and private events year-round, so weekends and evenings are a must. You’ll work across both the cellar door and events, supporting our Head Chef and wider kitchen team to deliver high-quality, seasonal food with a strong focus on local produce.

    • Prepare and cook a variety of Italian inspired dishes to a high standard

    • Assist in all aspects of kitchen operations, including prep, service, and cleaning

    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment

    • Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, both independently and as part of a team

    • Assist with functions, weddings, and special events (including evenings as required)

    • Proven experience in a similar role (restaurant or events)

    • Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude

    • Available for weekend, weekday, and evening shifts as required

    • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with availability

    • A passion for food and hospitality, and an eye for detail

    • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (desirable but not essential)

    • Food Safety Certification and knowledge of kitchen hygiene best practices

Day Spa Manager | Full-time

  • This is a hands on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, driving sales growth and maintaining the premium standards Longview is known for.

    • Lead, train and support Day Spa team

    • Manage daily spa operations and guest experience

    • Coordinate staff schedules and treatment bookings

    • Drive retail and treatment sales growth

    • Recruit, onboard and develop team members

    • Monitor performance, budgets and end of day financials

    • Manage inventory and order supplies

    • Respond to guest enquiries and feedback

    • Ensure WHS compliance and operational standards

    • Work closely with Longview management and marketing initiatives

    • Previous Day Spa or wellness management experience

    • Strong leadership and organisational skills

    • Passion for guest experience and team development

    • Excellent communication and problem solving abilities

    • Experience with bookings, scheduling and retail sales

    • RSA required
