Celebrating Italy’s Piemonte region, a leisurely lunch centred around pork prepared by iconic Adelaide chef Salvatore Pepe and Italy’s “King of Grapes” - Nebbiolo. Imbibe in Longview’s examples of Nebbiolo and as a special feature, Italian Wine Guru David Ridge will show 4 (very limited) Italian Nebbiolo from Barolo and beyond. Local wine & produce meets Italy’s finest, a Tasting Australia Event.
